This is a fanlisting for The Four Generals of Mutsu. They're from the manga and anime series called Ginga Nagareboshi Gin, also known as Silver Fang (Sweden), Hopeanuoli (Finland) and Ezüst Nyíl (Hungary). The dogs are called Kisaragi, Uzuki, Hazuki and Minazuki. They're all Siberian Huskies.
Ginga Nagareboshi Gin manga was drawn by Mr. Yoshihiro Takahashi. GNG anime was produced at the Toei Animation's studios in year 1986. A fanlisting's objective is to gather the names of the fans of a certain thing, person, phenomenon etc. into one place. Many fans have a website of their own. The website's link may be added next to the owner's name in the list if the owner has added the fanlisting's link on his/her own site.
